How to use the shuttle service at DT dental?
Dear Customers, you can schedule an appointment. We have various types of vehicles and service packages to meet your needs. We will confirm the appointment, location, and time frame before each appointment to provide the best service.
- Airport shuttle service
For customers arriving from abroad, after receiving flight information, our customer service department will monitor the flight time. Thirty minutes before the customer’s flight lands, a staff member will be available at the check-out counter to assist. Typically, when customers exit the airport, a staff member holding a sign with the customer’s name will be waiting. The staff member will be wearing a blue uniform with the dental clinic’s logo on it. The customer will then wait at column B5 for the car to arrive and be driven to the dental clinic, the customer service area, or the hotel where the customer is staying.
- Shuttle service in provinces nationwide
For customers arriving at intercity bus stations, our staff will confirm the departure time, arrival time, and arrival location in Ho Chi Minh City. DT dental staff will wear uniforms and hold a sign with the customer’s name to meet the customer. Additionally, if customers want to book a private intercity car, they can request this with our team. We will arrange transportation for customers anywhere within Vietnam.
- Shuttle service within Ho Chi Minh City
If customers are picked up at a hotel or residence in Ho Chi Minh City, our support team will contact them one day before each appointment. The driver will call 30 minutes before arriving, and again upon reaching the pick-up point.
Does DT dental have accommodations for customers?
DT dental is located in Vạn Phúc Peninsula, one of the top 5 urban areas in Ho Chi Minh City, offering a living space harmonized with nature, safety, and modernity. It provides all amenities of a miniature city, just after Phu My Hung Urban Area. DT dental is also the first dental resort in Ho Chi Minh City, offering dental services along with accompanying facilities, including 4-star standard accommodation rooms for customers.
When customers register for our services and make an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance, we will provide room categories based on the services requested by the customer. Additionally, when using the room services within our service chain, customers will be conveniently monitored by our dental team during the daytime and by our nursing team during overnight shifts to ensure the entire process runs smoothly. The cost for accommodation varies depending on the service provided. Customers are entitled to a complimentary stay of 3-5 nights, and for each additional night, we charge 550,000 VND per room, which includes full hotel amenities such as a bathtub, swimming pool, dining area, electric vehicle transportation, restaurant, culinary area, entertainment zone, and pedestrian street.
