DT Dental provides shuttle services for customers at the airport, within the city, and in cases where customers are from distant provinces or cities, we offer affiliated services to ensure the utmost convenience and attentive service for our customers.
How can one utilize the shuttle service at DT Dental?
Customers can schedule appointments, and we offer various types of vehicles and service packages to meet their needs. We will confirm the appointment, location, and time frame prior to each appointment to provide the most attentive service to our customers.
- Airport shuttle service
For customers arriving from abroad, upon receiving flight information, the customer care department will monitor the flight schedule. Thirty minutes before the flight lands, a staff member will be available at the check-out counter to assist customers. Typically, upon exiting the airport, customers will be greeted by a staff member holding a sign with their name, wearing the green uniform of the dental clinic with the logo embroidered on the shirt. Customers will then proceed to wait at column B5 for the designated driver to pick them up and take them to the dental clinic, customer service area, or the hotel where they are staying.
- Transportation services are also available in provinces across the country
For customers arriving at inter-provincial bus stations, our staff will also confirm the departure and arrival times of buses, the arrival location in Ho Chi Minh City, and the customer’s arrival time. DT Dental staff will be dressed in uniforms, holding name tags and customer name boards, and will welcome customers at their arrival points. Additionally, customers who wish to book private inter-provincial transportation can contact our staff to make arrangements. Our team will coordinate transportation for customers anywhere within Vietnam territory.
- Inner-city transportation in Ho Chi Minh City
If the customer is to be picked up at the hotel or place of residence in Ho Chi Minh City, the support team will contact them the day before each appointment, and the driver will contact them 30 minutes before arriving at the pick-up point.
Does DT Dental have accommodation facilities for customers?
DT Dental is located in the Van Phuc Peninsula, one of the top 5 urban areas in Ho Chi Minh City, boasting a harmonious living space with nature, safety, and modernity. When customers register for services and make appointments at least 2 weeks in advance, we will provide room categories based on the services requested by the customers. Additionally, when using our room services within the service chain we provide, customers will be conveniently monitored by our dentist team during the daytime and our nursing team during overnight shifts, ensuring that the entire process for customers unfolds smoothly. The cost for accommodation varies depending on the services provided, with a complimentary stay of 3-5 nights. The cost for 1 room/1 night is only an additional charge of 550,000 VND, including full hotel-like amenities such as a bathtub, swimming pool, dining area, electric vehicle transportation, restaurant area, culinary options, entertainment area, and pedestrian street.
